Natalie started SmartHire 11 years ago after spending several years leading a highly successful recruiting team with a large staffing agency. Natalie has spent the last 18 years assisting companies ranging from large fortune 500 companies to small start-ups in achieving their talent acquisition goals. She has extensive experience in talent acquisition operations, management, recruitment, and marketing in Legal, Non-Profit, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Sales, Finance and Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Healthcare/Clinical, Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Pharma, Creative and Engineering.
Natalie has a Juris Doctor Degree from UIC John Marshall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri.
