SmartHire offers retained and contingency based direct-hire recruiting, recruitment process outsourcing, and hourly recruiting to help meet all of your hiring needs.


Retained Search Recruiting         

Fee is agreed upon percentage of first year annual salary. Fee is lower than contingency recruiting fee. 1/3 of estimated placement fee paid at the beginning of search with remaining 2/3 paid after candidate is hired. Guarantee is included. 

Direct-Hire Contingency Based Recruiting

Fee is agreed upon percentage of first year annual salary. No fee is paid unless client hires one of our candidates. Guarantee is included.

 

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) & On-Demand Hourly Recruiting

Outsourcing of recruiting and/or sourcing of one or more positions to SmartHire. Fee options:

  • This systematic approach to sourcing, recruiting and interviewing candidates helps us provide our clients with the Best Talent Fit for their organization.


All Services include:

  • Candidate sourcing through reaching out to a vast network of passive candidates, networking and strategic ad placement.

  • Conducting thorough phone and in-person or video interviews with prospective candidates (depending on market location) to determine interest, availability and fit with the experience requirements of the position.

  • Presentation to client of top candidates for the job opening, with additional information provided regarding experience, soft skills (personality etc.), reasons for looking for a new position, and recent salary history and expectations.

  • Scheduling of all interviews with both client and candidates.

  • Follow up with client and candidate following each interview to gauge continuing interest, and any questions, concerns or potential issues.

  • Thorough reference checks for candidates identified as top choices by client.

  • Negotiation of offer package on behalf of client, as well as consultation with client regarding candidate expectations, market competitiveness of offer and commission structures etc.

  • All of the above services are continued until a suitable candidate is hired by client. Recruiting efforts are on-going until an official offer has been accepted.

Retained and Contingency Direct-Hire placements include a candidate replacement guarantee.
